The Heart to Hart program is circle of supporters dedicated to monthly giving.  Dedicated giving is critical in helping Hart Felt Ministries carry out its mission to help seniors age in place.  Heart to Hart funds are used for the area of greatest need, helping offset operational costs, a critical, yet hard to fund aspect of operations, as well as critical, urgent needs.

What does your money do? 

$20 – Medical Co-Pay
$50 – Groceries
$100 – Utility Bill
$250 – A/C Repair
$500 – Lift Chair
